Memorandum of Association (MOA) is the charter of a company, which defines the ambit of the operations and the business to be carried on by the company after its incorporation.
What is eMoA and eAOA?
It is mandatory to use eMoA (INC-33) and eAoA (INC-34) in case of the following: – individual subscribers are Indian nationals. – individual subscribers who are foreign nationals in case they valid DIN and DSC and also submit a proof of a valid business visa. – non-individual subscribers based in India.
How do you get SPICe form?

Is Dir 2 mandatory in SPICe+?
There should be a proposal of a name for approval in the form SPICE+ Part A filing to CRC(Central Registrar Centre). Approved Name is valid from 20 days from the date of approval. Form DIR-2 is required for consent to act as Director for the company with Copy of Identity Proof and residential address.

What is mbp1 form?

Who can file SPICe form?

Is agile Pro mandatory?

Is Inc 9 to be notarised?
Only declaration by first subscribers and directors in INC-9 is mandatory. Affidavit is NOT required to be filed. Notarized and Apostilled INC-9 is only required in case of NRI Subscriber/ First Director.
What is the maximum number of subscribers allowed for spice+ form?
Note: In all the above mentioned cases, the maximum number of subscribers allowed shall be 7 for filing of SPICe+ form. Wherever the number of subscribers exceed 7, SPICe+ form shall be filed with MoA and AoA as attachments.
Is Spice+ (inc-32) required to be filed with Moa and AOA?
No. In case the proposed company is required to file MOA and AOA due to any of the above mentioned conditions, then SPICe+ (INC-32) shall be filed ONLY with MOA and AOA as an attachment for all the subscribers. In such cases, the proposed company is NOT required to file the eMOA and eAOA under any circumstances.
Is inc-22 required to be filed with spice (inc-32)?
It is not required to be filed with SPICe (INC-32) if a company is registered with the same address as the address for correspondence (in INC-32). In case the registered address is different, INC-22 is required to be filed within 30 days of its incorporation, for intimating the registered office address.
